Mentorship at the highest level
of sports physical therapy.

Shape the Profession. Grow Within It.

The AASPT Mentorship Program is a structured, Academy-wide initiative designed to elevate the standard of sports physical therapy through meaningful professional connection. Built for members at every stage, the program pairs mentors and mentees in a guided experience that includes monthly one-on-one meetings, quarterly group sessions, and a national peer network. By creating consistent, high-quality mentorship across settings, specialties, and career stages, AASPT is strengthening leadership development, fostering collaboration, and advancing the profession.

3

Meet and grow

Connect one-on-one each month and join quarterly group sessions for networking, education, and Q&A.
