The 2026 Annual Meeting is held at the Seattle Convention Center, Arch building, 705 Pike Street, Level 6.

Registration & Check-in

Plan to arrive early on Friday, July 10 to check in and pick up your badge before the first session.

Registration Desk Hours:
Friday, July 10: 7am - 5:30pm
Saturday, July 11: 7am - 3:30PM 

When You Arrive The first thing to do when you arrive on-site is visit the Check-In desk in the sixth-floor lobby area. There you will pick up your name badge and confirm your attendance. Your badge is required for entry into all conference programming, so please keep it with you throughout the meeting.

Getting There

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is conveniently connected to downtown via public transit and rideshare services. There are a large array of operators and companies to choose from here. Most downtown hotels are approximately 40 minutes from the airport by Link light rail.

Getting Around Seattle

Travel by Rail

Five train routes service Seattle's King Street Station, located near the stadiums and Pioneer Square: Sound Transit's Sounder commuter train (Everett to Tacoma/Lakewood); Amtrak's Coast Starlight, and Empire Builder; and the Rocky Mountaineer.

Travel by Link Light Rail

Sound Transit's Link light rail makes trips from Angle Lake Station to the Northgate through downtown Seattle making 16 stops along the way, including downtown Seattle and SEA Airport. Trains arrive every 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the time of day, and take about 40 minutes to travel between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Westlake Station in downtown Seattle. Schedules, fares, and more information are on the Sound Transit website.

Travel by Monorail

The Seattle Center Monorail travels between Westlake Center in downtown and Seattle Center at the base of Queen Anne hill. Trains depart every 10 minutes, and the trip takes only 2 minutes each way. Schedules, fares, and information are on the Seattle Center Monorail website.

Drive & Park at the Seattle Convention Center

The Arch building, location of the AASPT 2026 Annual Meeting, is at 705 Pike Street, downtown Seattle. The Arch parking garages (map) are conveniently located just off Interstate 5.

• Post-test assessments, certificate downloads, and any presenter handouts will be available beginning Monday, July 13.
• All assessments and downloads must be completed by December 1, 2026.
• Because CE rules vary by state, check your state regulatory board for current requirements.
• A digital certificate of attendance will be sent to all checked-in attendees following the conference.

What to Bring

• Photo ID and your registration confirmation (digital or printed) for a smooth check-in at the Arch, Level 6
• Business cards — this is a strong networking room
• A way to take notes and a phone charger or small power bank for long session days
• A reusable water bottle to refill between sessions
• Comfortable shoes — downtown Seattle is one of the most walkable cities 
• Layers and a light jacket — Seattle July days are pleasant and mostly dry in the seventies, with cooler mornings and evenings, and session rooms can run cool
• A packable umbrella — Seattle stays mostly dry in July, but a compact umbrella is smart insurance

Good to Know On-site

• Plan your day in advance: Review the program and flag your sessions before you arrive, so you are not building your schedule on the floor. View Detailed Program
• Need to print? FedEx Office at 1401 3rd Avenue handles last-minute printing and shipping, a short walk from the venue.
• Forgot something? Bartell Drugs on Pike Street opens early for chargers, snacks, and basics.
• Getting around: Most hotels, restaurants, and coffee are within a few blocks of the Arch — you can leave the car parked and walk.

Dress Code

• Business casual or smart casual is recommended for the meeting. The atmosphere is professional but comfortable.
• Layers are strongly encouraged. Session rooms can run cool, so a light jacket, blazer, or sweater you can add or remove will keep you comfortable throughout the day. Seattle in July is pleasant and mostly dry, with temperatures in the seventies, but mornings and evenings turn cooler — another reason a layer is your friend.
• Round it out with comfortable shoes, since downtown Seattle is highly walkable and you will be on your feet between sessions and nearby food and coffee.
