AASPT Annual Meeting 2026 

Speaker Recording Information

To support educational and professional development initiatives, select sessions at the AASPT Annual Meeting 2026 may be audio and/or video recorded.

By agreeing to present, speakers acknowledge that recordings may include their name, likeness, voice, image, biographical information, presentation slides, and related presentation materials. Recordings may be used by AASPT for educational, archival, promotional, and on-demand learning purposes.

Speakers retain ownership of their original presentation content and underlying intellectual property. AASPT retains ownership of the meeting recording and any edited versions created from that recording.

Speakers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for third-party content included in their presentations.

Questions regarding session recordings may be directed to AASPT staff.

Participation as a speaker or co-speaker constitutes acknowledgment of this recording notice. No additional signature is required.
